WIP Wednesday

After some discussion, we wanted to try out a word game. That is, I'll give you a word, and you search your WIP drafts for use of the word. If you find it, post the snippet from your WIP where it appears. If you're an artist and you have a work in progress that seems to fit the bill, feel free to share!
(Please make sure you're adhering to any bang rules if your WIP is for a bang and don't show off content that isn't supposed to be publicly available.)
Don't have that word in any of your WIPs? Why not write a bit and see if you can include it? Don't forget to share with us if you do.
And if you don't have any WIPs and are stuck without inspiration, why not visit our kinkmeme post and see if any of the prompts there are speaking to you?
